Welcome to Price27! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Price27 mobile application (the "App"), operated by Space27 Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using Price27, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Price27 is an AI-powered shopping assistant that helps users:
Price27 uses Google Gemini AI (accessed directly from your device via the Firebase AI Logic SDK) for product recognition and search, with Google Search grounding used to surface suggested sources. Search results are sourced from publicly available web data and may not reflect real-time inventory or current prices.
To use Price27, you must:
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
Credits are an in-app virtual currency used to perform AI-powered searches. Each search costs 8 credits (subject to change with notice).
Credits expire after 12 months of account inactivity. We will provide reasonable notice before expiration.
Refunds are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store per their refund policies. We do not directly process refunds.
Credits have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred to other accounts.
You agree NOT to:
Violation may result in account termination, forfeiture of credits, and legal action.
Price27 uses AI to search publicly available web data and provide price information from third-party retailers. We are NOT a retailer ourselves.
Price27 does not endorse any specific retailer, brand, or product. Search results are based on AI analysis of available data.
The Price27 app, including its design, logo, code, and content, is owned by Space27 Limited and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our express written permission.
Price27 integrates with third-party services (Google Firebase including Firebase AI Logic and App Check, Google Gemini AI, Google Search grounding, Google AdMob, RevenueCat, Apple, Google). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. By using the App you also agree to the Google Gemini API Additional Terms of Service and Google's Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy. We are not responsible for third-party services.
The App may display links to external retailer websites or map applications. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these external sites.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPACE27 LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 6 MONTHS, OR (B) USD $10.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY; SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You agree to indemnify and hold Space27 Limited harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Price27 is available in Europe, the United States, and most of Asia. The App is not officially available in mainland China and we do not actively distribute it there. Users accessing the App from restricted regions do so at their own risk.
We reserve the right to:
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via in-app notification. The "Last Updated" date will be revised. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.
The current Terms are stored on our servers and accessible via the App's Settings → Terms & Conditions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us at legal@space27.dev to attempt informal resolution.
If you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence, and consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction may apply.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Space27 Limited regarding the App, superseding any prior agreements.
